Because each item is made to order just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges. That said, we want you to love your purchase—so if something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

What We Cover

We offer reshipments or refunds in the following cases:

• Your item arrives damaged
• The order was made incorrectly
• The package is lost in transit

To qualify, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item and include a photo of the issue if possible.

Cancellations

Changed your mind? You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After that, your order is in production and cannot be canceled.
